Fragancia: Almendras, ciruela madura, panela, aroma a cacao y frutos amarillos como la naranja. Sabor: Miel de flores, sutil vainilla, ciruela, almendra, naranja, manzanilla, chocolate con leche.
Sabor Residual: Limpio, almendra caramelizada, fruta madura.
Acidez: Mandarina delicada, media-baja, parecida a la de la mandarina.
Cuerpo: Sedoso, rico.

Nos complace presentarles el café de Robinson Ortiz y su familia, cultivado en la finca El Girasol ubicada en el municipio de Génova en Quindío, esta región es parte del “Paisaje Cultural Cafetero” Patrimonio de la Humanidad. UNESCO 2011.
Robinson es la tercera generación de cafetaleros de su familia, sus padres y abuelos ya trazaron los primeros pasos de esta noble actividad y ahora él, junto a su madre, ha establecido parámetros de producción y fermentación únicos y especiales que nos permiten disfrutar de esta excepcional bebida. .
Desde hace más de 10 años y a más de 1.750 metros de altura en las altas montañas, en La Finca El Girasol, no sólo la tierra negra y el aire frío son factores importantes en la producción de cafés especiales, sino que también el aprendizaje continuo y la estandarización de los procesos son la clave. para obtener cafés verdaderamente diferenciados.

We are excited to present you the coffee of Robinson Ortiz and his family, grown on the El Girasol farm located in the municipality of Génova in Quindío, this region is part of the "Cultural Coffee Landscape" World Heritage. UNESCO 2011.
Robinson is the third generation of coffee growers in his family, his parents and grandparents already traced the first steps of this noble activity and now he, with his mother, has established unique and special production and fermentation parameters that allow us to enjoy this exceptional beverage.
For more than 10 years and at more than 1,750 meters in the high mountains, at La Finca El Girasol, not only the black earth and cold air are important factors in specialty coffee production, but also the continuous learning and standardization of processes are the key to obtaining truly differentiated coffees.
